BTD Polls for the Week of January 10th

The return of all three National polls saw little change from the previous editions. Wisconsin, Rochester Institute of Technology, and McGill hold onto the top spots.

In the NCAA National Collegiate Poll the spots one through six remained the same with Providence falling from the number seven spot to the number nine spot allowing both Boston College and North Dakota to slide up a position. Rounding out the top ten is Quinnipiac who may be a newbie to the polls but the Bobcats have been hot as of late going 7-3 in their last ten contests.

The return of the NCAA Division III poll saw only three changes as Middlebury fell from fourth to ninth over the break, Elmira jumping idle Gustavus going from ninth to seventh, and UW-Superior replacing Lake Forest in the number ten spot.

The top five in the CIS poll did not shift following the first weekend of play in the second half. McGill, StFx, Laurier, Calgary, and Manitoba maintain the top five positions. Alberta jumped Brock going from eighth to sixth and Moncton falls from seventh to tenth.
